A pair of orange lustre ware vases made by Aultcliff, dating from the 1920s or 30s.
The vases have lovely Art Deco styling and a nice patina. They differ slightly in size and colour.
Aultcliff was the mark of the Staffordshire pottery firm Ault and Tuncliffe, founded originally by William Ault who was best known for his inventive use of coloured glazes.
Measurements: 13 cm diameter x 21 cm high. Sold as a pair.
