Product information 
We try to present our products with accurate descriptions and clear photographic images. Exact colours can vary due to factors such as lighting and computer settings. Please bear this in mind when viewing. If there is an error in our prices we reserve the right to cancel a sale after an order has been made and before it is despatched. 
Postage & Deliveries 
Our standard postage and packing charge is £4.75 for orders from £3 to £75. Orders over £75 will qualify for free delivery. For orders below £3 we offer a reduced rate of £2.50. We aim to despatch all items within 3-4 working days. 
Larger items of furniture cannot be delivered by post. If you wish to make a purchase please contact us to discuss delivery. Deliveries can be arranged free within a 10 mile radius of Olney. A charge for fuel may be made for deliveries further afield, subject to agreement. 
Bespoke Orders & Personalisation 
Many of our designers are happy to take orders, please contact us if you would like something personalised or to place a custom order. Custom-made or personalised products are not able to be returned unless they are faulty. 
Online payment can be made by credit or debit card through Paypal which is a secure payment process. We do not retain any card numbers or have access to your payment details. We use your data in order to process and despatch your order and this is retained for our financial records in accordance with GDPR legislation. We do not share your data apart from these purposes, for example supplying addresses to postage and courier services. We may also contact you occasionally to keep you informed of news and special offers but you can request to be taken off our mailing lists at any time if you do not wish to receive further communications. We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please be aware that a vintage item may display some element of wear, commensurate with its age. Any known fault or damage will be described on the relevant product pages. Handmade items are individually crafted and as such may contain variations and imperfections, which is part of their charm. We regret that earrings cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. 
If you wish to cancel your order and apply for a refund you can do so up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. You have another 14 days to return the goods to us once you have notified us. You are responsible for bearing the cost of return postage and it is advisable to send via a tracked service when returning goods as the refund cannot be processed until the item is received back. We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
